Inductive proximity sensors and switches for speed control
2-wire for alternating current (AC)


These are inductive proximity sensors and switches for alternating current which are used for monitoring the minimum revolutions of the shafts and the minimum allowable speed of conveyer belts, elevators and other automated systems. The sensors detect the speed of passage of metal objects to their active area. When reaching a higher than the set speed the output of the sensor is switched, and at a lower than the set speed the output is off. The inductive proximity sensors and switches for speed control are resistant to moisture and dust. They have a longer period of work due to contactless switching of the electrical circuits.

Inductive proximity sensor M18, switch ISM1-18.71

Shielded type proximity sensor for speed control M18 for alternating current with metallic housing M18x59mm, with normally open contact. The maximum distance of operation of the proximity sensor is 5,0mm. The sensor ends with a 2-wire PVC connecting cable with a length of 2m. The sensor has two LEDs, one showing the output state of the inductive sensor, and the other showing the length of the received impulses. The sensor's output has no protection of short circuit. AC sensor designated by the letter (a) has an operating voltage 20-50VAC, with letter (b) it is 40-110VAC.
