Diffuse photoelectric and optoelectronic sensors and switches
for alternating current (AC)


These are diffuse type infrared photoelectric and optoelectronic sensors and switches which are used in industrial systems, as electronic automation equipment for switching at 2-wire electrical circuits of alternating current. The receiver and the transmitter are located in one housing. When passing a subject in front of the active area of the sensor his output switches. The diffuse type infrared photoelectric sensors have a longer period of work due to contactless switching of the electrical circuits in which are included.

Diffuse type infrared photoelectric sensor M18 for alternating current with cylindrical plastic housing M18x65mm, with normally open contact. The maximum distance of operation of the photoelectric sensor is 200mm. The optoelectronic sensor ends with a 2-wire PVC connecting cable with a length of 2m and has an LED indicator showing the output state of the optical sensor. The sensor's output has no protection of short circuit. AC sensor designated with the letter (a) have an operating voltage 20-50VAC, with letter (b) it is 40-110VAC.
