The safety optical barriers and curtains series SLC3 work with infrared light and are element of the electronic automation equipment, which are used as optical fence for safety of machines and equipment in different fields of industry. The safety light barriers interrupt signal in the operating electrical circuit in which are included, when has violation of the optical fence.

Optical barrier SLC3-06-030

The optical barrier SLC3-06-030 has 6 optical rays located on a plane at distance 30mm one from the other. The barrier consists of emitter, receiver and controller. The emitter and receiver are made of square aluminum tubular profile with sizes 30x30x210mm. They are located one against the other at a distance of 0 to 6m. The emitter and receiver are connected to the controller with two 4-wire shielded cables ending with connector"Canon 9". The function of each optical ray is indicated by a red LED. If any of the optical rays of the light barrier is interrupted, the output relay of the controller switches-off.

Controller SLC3-12C

The controller SLC3-12C is an element of the optical barriers kit series SLC3. It is an electronic device providing supply voltage to the emitter and the receiver, and synchronizes their signals. The controller is powered with 24V direct or alternating voltage. There is a relay output of "dry contact" type which includes to the control operational circuit of the actuation mechanism. The inclusion of the controller to power circuits is not allowed. The controller is designed for a DIN rail mounting.
